If your website was built by our team and is out of its warranty period or not under an active maintenance subscription with us, you can hire us to inspect your website for any issues you are facing. If your website was not built by us, you may still use this service.

We charge a $200 non-refundable checking fee for our investigative time and effort.

If the issues are minor, we can typically resolve them with no additional charges.

However, after diagnosing your website, if it is determined that the repair work will cost more than the $200 checking fee, we will inform you of the estimate before proceeding further. This can be caused by many factors such as malware infections, hacker intrusions, or software conflicts.

We will need full administrative access to your website and hosting service.
